Exchange Policy

Please be aware our prices can fluctuate at times therefore if the price is different when requesting an exchange you will be invoiced for the price difference. Once paid we will dispatch your exchange. If invoice is not paid within 7 days your order will be returned back to you 

Please note that a refund within the extended time frame will not be accepted. Refunds are only available within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns / Exchanges

Once you have received your order you have 7 days to return your order. If 7 days has passed since you have received your order, unfortunately you are not eligible for a return. 

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a return form and instructions. Please place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return postage charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable signed for and insured service.We recommend DPD, DHL, UPS and Royal Mail.

Hermes is not permitted. 


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange and notify you through email of approval or rejection.

Please allow 3-5 working days from the arrival of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 


For incorrect products and defective or damaged products, postage costs will be reimbursed.
